Empower.
The Empower Package is perfect for those that want prenatal education, to get clear on their vision for their birth & postpartum experience, and to tackle any fears that they may be holding on to. As an experienced mentor and coach, I will help you explore these ideas either either in person or virtually, so that you can go into your birth feeling confident, educated and empowered. This package is also perfect for mums and families that are not based on the Central Coast!
THE NITTY GRITTY:
3 x Prenatal Coaching Sessions (virtual or face-to-face) covering the following:
Birth vision
Birth plan creation & resources
Fear release & coaching
Postpartum planning
1 x 60 minute birth debrief (virtual or face-to-face)

Package Two
Bold.
The Bold Package provides the luxury that is full continuity of care. “Bold” can be tailored and designed exactly to suit your needs, and includes support prenatally, during labour and during your postpartum. During our prenatal sessions, I’ll help you create your birth plan, tailor education to suit your understanding and needs, and help you feel prepared and excited for your birth. I will provide physical and emotional support for you and your partner during labour, with 2 postpartum visits including nourishing food and tailored care to be used in the first 6 weeks also included.
THE NITTY GRITTY:
3-4 x 2 hour prenatal coaching sessions (sometimes we need more time!)
On-call 2 weeks either side of your due date
Emotional support via text/phone call outside of Doula Dates & coaching sessions right throughout your pregnancy & beyond into your postpartum.
Physical & emotional support for you & your partner during your labour
Access to my doula bag of tools to support in your labour including TENS machine & Birth Sling*
2 x 2 hour postpartum visits in the first 6 weeks after your birth with nourishing food & unique gifts to you and your individual needs.
1 x 1 hour postpartum in-home massage
Access to evidence based research, resources & my library

Package Three
Savvy.
This package is for the savvy birth team. If you’re feeling like you’ve done your homework, you’ve read the birth books, listened to all the podcasts and you feel educated and ready for birth, but you want the secret weapon of a doula on your side for when it’s ‘go time’, this package is for you.
For the duration of your labour and birth, I’ll be there to provide physical & emotional support for you and your birth partner. I’ll be able to provide advocacy support, and be by your side to ensure you feel empowered in all your decision making so that you can stay in the zone.
THE NITTY GRITTY:
1:1 connect call to discuss birth preferences & wishes
On call for you from 38 weeks until bub’s birth
Emotional, physical and advocacy support during your labour
1:1 connect call to debrief birth and finalize support.

Package Four
Restore.
The Restore package caters to women who require postpartum support only, and does not include any birth preparation or labour support. During each postpartum visit, you’ll be treated to a warm & nourishing meal and additional snacks, and will be nurtured for while you care for your newborn. I will help with initial breastfeeding or bottle feeding support, provide newborn care basics & tips, help with light housework, and provide care for your newborn while you rest, shower, or get some fresh air. This package will allow you to feel nourished, nurtured and restored so that you can have a supported postpartum while you recover from your birth.
THE NITTY GRITTY:
1 x prenatal session to connect and plan your postpartum (virtual or face-to-face)
12 hours of care broken into either 6 x 2 hour sessions or 4 x 3 hour sessions.
Each visit includes a warm, nourishing & home cooked meal and snacks.

Every birth is beautiful and unique. Therefore, I’m flexible with my offerings, with the ability to tailor a package to fit your specific needs. See a selection of optional additions that can added to the packages above.

Want to delve deeper into previous birth experiences? Feel the need for more in-depth education or want more support before your birth? Add additional pre-natal visits unique to you and your partner’s needs for $150 with any package.

Postpartum is often a neglected time for many families. Add on additional visits to ensure you are nurtured and cared for, for just $175 per visit with any package. Maximum of 6 visits in total.

Sometimes all you need is a listening ear. Book in a 60 minute virtual debrief for $175. 90 minute sessions also available.
